This blog is on hiatus for a spell as I pack up and relocate to Chicago. I'm reading George E. Lewis' A Power Stronger Than Itself: The AACM and American Experimental Music as I make this transition and learning more about a music scene that I was already enthusiastic about. It's a great read that makes the long plane rides between here and there feel much shorter.
In the meantime, there are far too many CDs to pack into crates...
