The A Phrygian diminished 4 1% wide Scale. This one is a full-scale score da tura with everything above the A above "middle C" stretched a bit sharp and everything below stretched a bit flat. The flat end of the spectrum resembles a lot of pianos that have lost tension in their strings and sound "out of tune." The difference here is that everything is systematically detuned.
