Scale of the Day: E Flat Octotonic-1


The E Flat Ocototonic-1 Scale as you would find on any conventionally tuned equal tempered instrument. The octotonic scale is typically an eight note scale consisting of a sequence of alternating major and minor seconds between scale members. My personal convention is to use the "-1" to denote the octotonic scale that begins with a major second from the tonic. Posted by Hello
