Taking an all otonal approach toward tuning with 3 and the square-root-of-2, 3 yeilds a perfect fifth +1.96-cents (relative to the equal tempered perfect fifth and adjusted to fit within an octave) and the square-root-of-2 adjusts this interval by a 600-cent "tritone" - resulting in the 101.96-cent minor second.
