Felix Hernandez (2-4) (SEA) vs. Joe Blanton (3-4) (OAK)

This one is a rematch of a "pick" from earlier this year. Only this time it plays out in Oakland and King Felix finally has a pair of wins under his and Blanton has been mortal in his last few starts.
update: final score - SEA 6, OAK 12 -- W - Joe Blanton, L - Felix Hernandez
The King's struggles on the road continue. Though the 5 unearned runs don't say much for the team working behind him on the field.
Felix Hernandez: 4.0IP, 11H, 10R, 5ER, 2BB, 4SO, 2HR - L
Joe Blanton: 7.0IP, 7H, 2R, 2ER, 0BB, 2SO, 0HR - W

Jamie Moyer (1-3) (SEA) vs. Barry Zito (2-3) (OAK)

I'd stick around in Oakland to see these two veterans play against each other. There's a cerebral quality to both of these starters though Zito throws considerably more heat than Moyer.
update: final score - SEA 2, OAK 7 -- W - Barry Zito, L - Jamie Moyer
So Zito shut out the M's through seven innings while Moyer gave up 5 earned runs through six. I expected a Zito win in this one but I hate to see Moyer so far off his game. And what's with all these unearned runs the Mariners are allowing?
Jamie Moyer: 6.0IP, 11H, 7R, 5ER, 3BB, 4SO, 0HR - L
Barry Zito: 7.0IP, 8H, 0R, 0ER, 2BB, 3SO, 0HR - W

Roy Halladay (5-1) (TOR) vs. John Lackey (3-3) (LAA)

Sticking to the west coast over these three "picks" I'd drop south to see how things go with Toronto's ace up against a club that needs to recover some ground lost - thanks to the Blue Jays - during their last road trip.
update: final score - TOR 8, LAA 4 (10 innings) - W - Jason Frasor, L - Francisco Rodriguez
The Angels are in a bad way right now as they look at a 17-24 record just half a game better than last place in the AL West. And what's up with K-Rod giving up a walk, 4 runs (3 earned) in just an inning and a third for the loss? It's starting to look like Scott Shields should be filling that closer role for the Halos. He's been really sharp.
Roy Halladay: 7.0IP, 8H, 4R, 4ER, 2BB, 7SO, 1HR - ND
